Bobbin takes a moment to remind us we are all to put on the party hats that she keeps in her little dress up cubby. She's been dying for a legitimate occasion for which she could force us to wear these. So she was practically falling all over herself to get to them and pull them out. And then when she did she had to do her Robyn Bird gag ;-)
