The frilly skirt was a gift from Aunt Sarah, who has clearly been keeping up on her neice's fashion sense. The ruffles and flowers made this one an instant hit. So much so, that she stripped in the living room and stepped right into it, asking "Do I have to keep my underpants on?" Yes. The answer to that question was, is, and ALWAYS WILL FOREVER BE yes, sweetie. No matter who you are asking, the answer must be yes. Uh... but I digress. She's wearing it here a little below the waist, but it wasn't anything a couple of safety pins couldn't fix, and she didn't want to take it off all night.
