The Best Birthday EVER!
This was by far my best birthday ever :-)
Baby Girl is better! Although we're still working on getting her tummy back to its pre-illness size; she can only do 2-3 ounces on average which means she's eating every 1 1/2 - 2 hours. But I don't mind - all that many more opportunities to cuddle :-)
Tim cooked me a FABULOUS feast full of all my favourite comfort foods - meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, fresh warmed bread, brocolli, cauliflour, a beautiful green salad, and a scrumptious marionberry truffle birthday cake! And then he did the dishes and cleaned the kitchen and made up the baby formula. I love him so!
And all my friends came over to celebrate with me! That was WAY cool!
The part that touched me most though, was when Tim handed me two gift bags; and when I opened one, it had an envelope in it that said "To Mommy". I hadn't even read the card or looked at the gift; I just burst into tears at the sight of the envelope with those words on it. They were very happy tears!
Thank you Tim, and Baby Girl, and all my friends and family for making this the most special and best birthday ever! I love you all!
