The Cirque is in town!
Took Baby Girl to a matinee showing of Cirque Du Soleil today. She was enthralled. Made it almost the entire way through without fussing! Of course, she had no afternoon nap either as a result so we're suffering the consequences of that as I type... Tim's feeding her her last bottle of the day in the hopes that it settles her down to sleep. She's been revving non stop since the show ended with the exception of the 15 minute nap she took in the baby bjorn and car ride home (lucky for us the Cirque is just quite literally down the road from our neighbourhood).
And then as a bonus, Tim had arranged in advance for a backstage tour after the show! It was way cool :-)
That's about all I can muster for now. we're all exhausted from our day.
