My favourite "quote" is this one:

"It completely undignified. It unbecoming of muppet who supposedly has intellectual acuity of 3-year-old," said a source close to Sesame Street who is not the Cookie Monster.

On a related note, looks like sales of Elmo T.M.X. are off to a strong start. The fact they were reported to be available in limited quantities probably didn't hurt either.

Looks like Santa might be hard pressed to meet demand for the little red fuzzy guy unless he starts looking for... er... building...them now. Sigh!
